Terms and Conditions

1. Orders
2. • Orders are only binding once accepted in writing by Heart Furniture Ltd.
   • Bespoke or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
     
     
3. Prices & Payment
4. • Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
   • Standard terms: payment within 30 days from invoice date (unless otherwise agreed).
   • Interest may be charged on late payments in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
     
     
5. Delivery
6. • Delivery dates are estimates only; Heart Furniture Ltd accepts no liability for delays.
   • Risk in the goods passes on delivery, but title remains with Heart Furniture Ltd until full payment is received.
   • Failed or refused deliveries may incur additional charges.
     
     
7. Inspection & Claims
8. • Goods must be inspected on delivery.
   • Shortages or damages must be reported in writing within 48 hours.
     
     
9. Returns
10. • Returns are only accepted with prior written agreement.
    • Restocking charges may apply.
    • Bespoke/made-to-order goods are non-returnable.
      
      
11. Liability
12. • Liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at Heart Furniture Ltd’s discretion.
    • No liability for consequential loss or indirect damages.
      
      
13. Insolvency & Breach
14. • Heart Furniture Ltd may suspend or terminate supply if the customer breaches terms or becomes insolvent.
      
      
15. Force Majeure
16. • Heart Furniture Ltd is not liable for delays or failure due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g. strikes, transport issues, supply shortages).
      
      
17. Governing Law
18. • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
